Creating a Setlist
- Open a gig's detail view
- Navigate to the Setlist section
- Add songs with title, key, tempo, chart URL, and notes
- Drag to reorder songs

- Manual entry — Type the song details directly

Distributing
Click "Send to Band" to email the setlist to all team members with email addresses on the gig.
Set Lists Library
Use Dashboard > Set Lists to manage reusable set lists and song templates outside a single gig.
Team Instructions
Use Dashboard > Team Instructions when you need reusable team-facing instructions that are not just a song list, such as load-in notes, production details, or standard reminders.
