How do I access my contract after payment?

After payment, you'll receive a link to access your contract, e-signature, and documents for 24 hours. Create a free account to access your contracts anytime.

What if my client hasn't signed yet?

You can resend the signing request from your purchase page. Your client will receive a new email with the signing link.

How do I download my signed contract?

Once both parties have signed, the signed PDF will be available for download from your purchase page. You'll also receive an email with the signed document.

Response Time

We typically respond to support requests within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). For urgent matters related to upcoming gigs, please mention the date in your subject line.
