Contact Roundup
Contact Roundup automatically discovers people scattered across your account — from team rosters, client portals, and autofill data — who aren't yet in your main contacts. Review and add them with one click.
Managing Contacts
- Add — Create contacts manually or import from CSV/vCard
- Edit — Update name, email, phone, and notes
- Assign roles — Categorize contacts (Team Member, Client, etc.)
- Delete — Remove contacts you no longer need
- Promote — Select a contact when adding a team member to a gig to auto-promote them
Contact Roles
Categorize your contacts with roles to keep your network organized:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Team Member | People you hire for gigs (musicians, DJs, etc.) |
| Client | People who book you |
| Planner | Event planners or coordinators |
| Point Person | On-site contact at the venue |
| Payment Contact | Person who handles payment |
Contacts can have multiple roles. Assign or remove roles from the contact detail view. Use the tab filters (All, Unassigned, Team Members, Clients) to quickly find contacts by role.
Import
Import contacts from CSV or vCard files. CSV requires a header row with Name, Email, Phone, and Organization columns. vCard v3.0 and v4.0 are supported. Maximum 5MB file size and 2,000 contacts per import.
