What is a GigPack?
1 GigPack = 1 e-signature send. A GigPack is consumed the moment you click "Send for E-Signature" — not when the contract is completed.
What a GigPack Includes
Each GigPack covers the operational package for one signed gig:
- Sending the contract for e-signature to the client and performer
- Signature-status tracking in the gig dashboard
- Signed contract PDF when both parties complete signing
- Payment schedule PDF
- Deposit invoice and balance invoice

Filing Credits
For 1099 tax filing:

- GigPacks cannot be converted into Filing Credits

Do GigPacks expire?
Purchased GigPacks never expire. Monthly Pro Allowance carries forward up to a cap of 30. Annual Pro Allowance is available all year.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You keep access until your current billing period ends. Purchased GigPacks are retained. Pro Allowance GigPacks expire at the end of the period.
Can I downgrade from Pro?
Yes. You keep access until the period ends, and your purchased GigPacks stay.
