Logo Branding (Pro Feature)
Upload your logo to appear on contracts, email headers, and the client portal.
How to Upload
- Go to Dashboard → Settings
- Click Upload Logo
- Select a PNG or JPG file
File Requirements

| Recommended | Square or landscape, at least 200×200px |
Where Your Logo Appears
- Contract PDFs — Top of the contract as a letterhead
- E-signature emails — Header of signing request emails
- Client portal — Displayed when clients view their contract
Notes
- Logo upload is a Pro-only feature
- Free users see the GigOrganizer letterhead on contracts
- Changes apply to new contracts only (existing contracts keep their original logo)
