Manage your Pro subscription and billing from your Dashboard.

Subscription Card

Your Dashboard shows a Subscription Card with:

  • Current plan (Monthly or Annual)
  • Next billing date
  • GigPack allowance status

Managing Your Subscription

  • Upgrade — Switch from Monthly to Annual (or Free to Pro)
  • Cancel — Keep access until your current period ends
  • Reactivate — Resume a cancelled subscription before the period ends
  • Update Payment — Change your credit card via the billing portal

Billing Portal

Click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe billing portal where you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • Download invoices and receipts
  • View billing history

Cancellation

When you cancel:

  • You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period
  • Purchased GigPacks are retained (they never expire)
  • Pro Allowance GigPacks expire at the end of the period
  • You can reactivate anytime before the period ends

Common Questions

What happens if my payment fails?

Your subscription becomes "Past Due." Update your payment method in the billing portal to resolve.

Can I switch from Monthly to Annual?

Yes. The pro-rated difference is calculated automatically.
