Add custom color palettes to individual gigs for a branded look on the gig dashboard (Pro feature).
How It Works
- Send your client their contract for signing — they'll get a Client Portal link
- In the portal, your client opens the Event Details section
- They add their event colors by:
- Typing hex codes directly (e.g., #C9962B)
- Pasting a Coolors URL — colors are extracted automatically
- Pasting any text containing hex codes
- You'll see a "Client Updated" badge on the gig dashboard when colors are added
Where Colors Appear
- Gig dashboard — The first color in the palette applies a subtle background tint (4% opacity) and full-color accents
- Gig list cards — Cards on your Dashboard show a color accent stripe
Smart Paste
The color picker extracts hex codes from:
- Coolors URLs (e.g.,
coolors.co/palette/264653-2a9d8f-e9c46a) - Comma-separated hex lists
- Any text containing valid hex color codes

Is this Pro-only?
Yes, the color palette feature requires a Pro subscription.
Does the color affect the contract PDF?
No. Colors are for the gig dashboard display only.
