Your Payment & Contact profile controls the payment links and contact info that appear on invoices and emails.
Setting Up
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Payment & Contact and enter:
- Venmo handle — Your @username for Venmo
- PayPal email — Your PayPal email address
- Zelle info — Your phone number or email for Zelle
- Email signature — Custom footer for outgoing emails
Where This Appears
- On all invoices (deposit, balance, payment schedule)
- In document emails sent to clients
- In the "Email Client" quick email
Why This Matters
Including payment links on your invoices makes it easy for clients to pay you. Without them, clients need to ask how to send money — adding friction and delaying payment.
