The Demand Calendar predicts which dates will be busy for bookings. You can also access it from your dashboard sidebar under "Date Demand" for a personalized authenticated view.

How It Works

The demand score for each date is calculated from multiple factors:

  • Holidays — Federal holidays, popular event dates
  • Seasonality — Wedding season, corporate event season, holiday party season
  • Cultural events — Moon phases, cultural celebrations
  • Day of week — Weekend vs. weekday patterns

Subscribing

  1. Visit the Calendar page to configure your demand calendar
  2. Select which layers to include and adjust weights
  3. Copy the subscription URL
  4. Add to your calendar app as a "subscription" or "From URL"
  5. Events update automatically as data changes

Reading Demand Scores

  • Low — Fewer expected bookings
  • Moderate — Average demand
  • High — Above-average demand (good for pricing)
  • Premium — Peak demand days (raise your rates)
